How Faculty & Open Textbooks can Bring Costs Down and Instructional Quality Up
Eric Frank,
co-founder, Flat World Knowledge
Join us to discuss the economic, social and technology drivers that are transforming the educational publishing world, propelling the growth of free, low-cost and open alternatives to expensive, traditional college textbooks.
The discussion will also include Flat World Knowledge’s Editorial Director, Michael Boezi, who will address issues involved in authoring open texts and/or becoming involved in the development process. In the Q&A session, FWK invites the faculty of NOVA to share their feedback on current and emerging textbook trends.
About Flat World Knowledge, LLC
