This program is for area immigrants who are seeking to have educational degrees and professional licenses and certifications earned in their native countries recognized when they are applying for admission to college programs here or entering into the United States job market. Representatives from NOVA, WES (World Education Services), and CCCIE (Community College Consortium for Immigrant Education) will be on hand to provide advice and talk about resources. There is no charge for admission, but seating is limited. Attendees will need to reserve a spot in one of the two sessions by calling 703-257-6536, or by sending email to acl@nvcc.edu.
