Purchase handmade necklaces for Siempre Unidos, an organization providing aid to HIV victims in Honduras. Honduras is the most affected county with HIV and AIDS in Latin America. Siempre Unidos provides jobs in a safe environment and at fair-trade wages to Hondurans marginalized by the AIDS epidemic. All proceeds go to the workshops and Siempre Unidos clinics.
